In this 3rd video of the series I show a client some remedial techniques to help relieve pain and stiffness in her elbow, forearm, wrist and hand. It's packed full of useful tips.

Myofascial Self-Care (Jaw)

Dental professionals have warned of rising levels of teeth grinding (bruxism) and jaw clenching as a result of the pandemic, stress and anxiety being contributing factors. Jaw clenching and bruxism can lead to tooth pain, TMJ, sleep disturbance and headaches.

This video will guide you step-by-step through 2 techniques that can help release tension in the jaw and may be helpful in reducing the symptoms above.
