Self-Massage Course

Welcome to your step-by-step, learn to massage course.

You will be learning these skills on yourself, so no volunteers are needed at this point. This means that our course is suitable for anyone self-isolating or alone at this time. It’s how I have always taught introductory massage and how I began learning professional massage over 30 years ago.

Learning the skills on your own legs means that you get to experience for yourself how each technique feels. It means you can develop the techniques and learn the many variances of each, building confidence along the way BEFORE you attempt to touch anyone else. It also means that YOU get to experience the benefits of caring touch as your learning!

You will have access to a free eBook, the ‘Introduction to Holistic Massage'. You can also join our facebook group, where community support is encouraged.

You will be guided every step of the way with a series of lessons. We begin with preparation: This lesson explores what you'll need, how to prepare yourself and your environment, some tips for success and important information to keep you safe in your practice.

The remaining lessons contain step-by-step video guides and notes to accompany the techniques. Both introduce you to best practices in the art of massage.

Craig will help you identify common tension areas in the legs and how to release these.  The following areas are included:
